Precision espresso

Fellow Series 1 brings professional control into the home while remaining approachable for beginners. It stabilizes water temperature, pressure, and flow so that every shot is prepared under consistent conditions. This makes it easy to repeat your preferred settings while also giving you the freedom to experiment with recipes and explore new extraction possibilities.

At the heart of the machine is Boosted Boiler™ architecture with three independent heating elements. The flow-through heater preheats water before it enters the boiler, while the boiler itself helps minimize temperature fluctuations when switching between brewing and steaming. A separately heated grouphead maintains stable temperature directly at the coffee puck. The machine is ready to brew in two minutes or less.

Everyday convenience

The commercially inspired heated grouphead features a brass core and integrated water distribution system to provide even water dispersion across the coffee puck and support consistent extraction. For milk-based drinks, Series 1 features a temperature-sensing, rotatable steam wand that automatically stops steaming when the target temperature is reached and purges afterward. Settings can be customized for different types of milk, making it easier to prepare consistent cappuccinos and lattes.

Practical features include a removable 2 L water tank with a minimum-fill sensor, a removable drip tray with a max-fill indicator, a storage pad for espresso cups, and integrated cord storage. With the iOS and Android app, you can create, edit, and share espresso profiles, receive automatic updates, and access new features over time. Series 1 provides a stable foundation for your first espresso while leaving plenty of room to refine your skills.
